1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made through the Playas online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Playas reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Availability
We strive to ensure all products listed are in stock and accurately described. In rare cases where an item is out of stock after purchase, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative, backorder, or refund.
3. Sizing & Fit
Please refer to the sizing guide before purchasing. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear items are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened unless defective.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but orders placed before a price change will not be affected.
5. Payments
We accept payments via major payment gateways including EFT, debit/credit card, and mobile payment options. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across South Africa via trusted courier partners.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 2–5 working days, depending on location.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
- Delivery delays due to external factors (e.g., public holidays, courier issues) are not our responsibility.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of the product, returns are only accepted if the product is unworn, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- If the product is defective, we will arrange for a return and issue a replacement or refund.
- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the product is faulty.
8. Warranty
Playas products come with a 30-day quality guarantee. If you experience chafing or discomfort despite correct sizing and use, contact us for a resolution.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. All personal information is processed in accordance with South African POPIA regulations. Your information will never be sold or shared without your consent.
10. Liability
Playas is not liable for any discomfort, allergic reactions, or issues arising from misuse, incorrect washing, or failure to follow size and care guidelines.
